2. Paint Job Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our auto painting services and the significant investment in materials and labor, we have established the following refund guidelines:

Full Refund Available:

  • Work not started - 100% refund
  • Material defects from our supplier - Full replacement at no cost
  • Workmanship errors on our part - Complete correction or refund
  • Project cancellation within 24 hours of booking

Partial Refund Available:

  • Work partially completed - Pro-rated refund based on materials used
  • Customer changes to scope - Refund difference if costs are reduced
  • Quality issues due to customer vehicle condition - Case-by-case evaluation

3. Consultation and Diagnostic Services

Our consultation and diagnostic services are provided to help assess your vehicle's needs. Fees for these services may be applied toward the total cost of painting services if you proceed with the project.
