JKLakeAutoPaint provides professional auto painting and restoration services. Our services include:

• Complete paint restoration and repainting
• Custom paint jobs and color matching
• Scratch and chip repair
• Clear coat protection and application
• Consultation and estimation services

3. Estimate and Payment Terms

All estimates are provided based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual condition discovered during work. Payment terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work
• Final payment is due upon completion and approval
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• All prices are quoted in US dollars

4. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work quality. Our warranty terms include:

• 90-day workmanship warranty on all paint jobs
• Free touch-ups within warranty period
• Manufacturer warranties on materials apply
• Warranty does not cover damage from accidents or normal wear

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vehicle information
• Removing personal items from the vehicle
• Maintaining comprehensive insurance coverage
• Timely communication regarding project changes

6. Liability and Insurance

While your vehicle is in our possession, we maintain comprehensive liability insurance. However, customers should maintain their own insurance coverage. JKLakeAutoPaint is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing mechanical issues
• Items left in the vehicle
• Damage from natural disasters
• Normal wear and tear

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel services with 24-hour notice. Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs before work begins. Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JKLakeAutoPaint and is protected by copyright laws. Customer images and vehicle information are kept confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

JKLakeAutoPaint's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
